Safari Equipment and Vehicles:

Each country has its own unique safari travel requirements, and there-for require different types of vehicles and equipment.

Namibian Safari Vehicles:

For our camping and mid-range lodge safaris in Namibia, we use our exclusively customized Toyota safari vehicles, and all offer seating for 12 guests. All the vehicles have improved seating give more leg-room, and have big windows for better viewing. Most of the vehicles has a sun-roof that open-up for photographing wildlife.

On the small group, multi-country safaris, specially designed Toyota Land cruisers are used, also with large side windows and other special requirements.

The tents are of the canvas dome-type, complete with built in floor-sheets and insect proof door and windows. The tents are easy to pitch, and high enough to stand inside. All camping gear is provided except for a sleeping bag (clean sleeping bags could be rented from us). Equipment consists of tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery.

We also provide our guests with 5 cm thick foam camping mattresses, fitted with a clean cover after each safari.

Meals on camping safaris is generally around a well set table

All our camping safaris have most, if not all, their meals prepared by the guide and assistant. All our safari guides are trained and experienced in food preparation, hygiene and dietary requirements. Meals are generally taken around a well-set table next to an campfire, and where possible, we make use of fresh products. Especially in Namibia, South Africa and Botswana, the standard of products are of an high quality.

Botswana Adventure Safari Vehicles:

Botswana Specialist Adventure vehicles are specifically outfitted for the requirements of the Okavango Delta, Moremi and Savuti Reserves. These regions are either very sandy, or water-filled flood-plains.

B: Our custom-made safari vehicles are extra broad, permitting for more seating room, and all have:
