The Sossusvlei lodge is located in the Namib Desert region of the Namib-Naukluft National Park of Namibia.

This area has not town, and forms the gateway to the un-spoilt wilderness area of the fossil dunes of Sossusvlei. This whole region has the highest density of lodge, camp sites and guesthouses in the whole Namibia.

There is fuel and a kiosk available at the service station near the entrance to the Sesriem / National Park office. Alternatively, fuel and tyre repair service also available at Solitaire (about 80 km).
