The wildlife of the Etosha National Park
and the scenic desert beauty of the
Sossusvlei is the the most visited tourist destination in Namibia, and offer natural nature views unique in all Southern Africa. The majestic red tinted dunes, wide open golden grass savannahs, stand in stark contrast with the small dark rock mountains and blue skies.
Etosha Park as wildlife destination, is in total contrast to the desert, and offer an unique diversity of animals. It is not strange to see at least 4 or more different species at a waterhole.
Etosha do have 4 of the Big 5 animals ( except African buffalo), as it is an dry environment not suitable for buffalo, but do make up in numbers and diversity of wildlife. Ranging from Black and White Rhino, elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs and the most diverse antelope species found in all of Africa.
